"Voice Activation" works when I speak but when I switch to "Push-To-Talk" it does not work.

So, I was playing on a roleplay server and it gets really annoying having “Voice Activation” on so I went to settings and bound the “Push-To-Talk” to a button on my mouse once I did that I turned on “Push-To-Talk” I started speaking and it did not work. I have researched a lot and could not find something that can fix the issue. I have my sensitivity up and everything, there is nothing wrong with my mic it works just fine when “Voice Activation” is on and in other programs/games such as Discord.

Are you pressing the right push-to-talk key? maybe check which you set in your settings

I am 100% sure that I am pressing the correct key. I have tried rebinding it to other stuff aswell just incase.
