We’re currently in the early stages of building Scenic Roleplay, a vMenu-based, US serious roleplay FiveM community. We’re looking to connect with individuals who want to get involved early and help shape something with genuine long-term potential.
This isn’t about filling slots for the sake of it. We’re looking for motivated, dependable people who want to help build something structured, stable, and sustainable from the ground up.
Current Recruitment Openings
We are actively recruiting across the following departments and levels:
- LSPD — Staff in Training through Senior Staff (Command potential available)
- BCSO — Staff in Training through Senior Staff (Command potential available)
- SAFR — Staff in Training through Senior Staff (Command potential available)
- Civilian Operations — Staff in Training through Command Positions
- Communications — Staff in Training through Senior Staff (Command potential available)
- Training Department — Staff in Training through Command Positions
We are also recruiting Developers across multiple areas (see below).
Development Positions Open
We are currently seeking:
Graphic Developer
- Department patches, logos, and branding assets
- Vehicle liveries (LEO, Fire, Civilian, specialty units)
- UI elements and launcher visuals
- Consistent brand identity across web, Discord, and in-game assets
Handling Developer
- Realistic vehicle handling.meta configuration
- Department fleet balancing (pursuit tiers, specialty vehicles, etc.)
- Testing and refinement for performance realism
- Structured documentation of changes and updates
Developers who join early may have the opportunity to move into longer-term external developer roles. These positions can include in-server perks such as department-wide patrol access, specialist equipment access, and other role-appropriate benefits.
Our Approach
Like many others, we’ve previously worked on FiveM communities and experienced the usual challenges — funding, visibility, and consistent growth. Those experiences have directly shaped how we’re approaching this project. We’re now in a position where we can properly invest in the community, its infrastructure, and its players, with the goal of delivering a stable, well-supported, serious roleplay environment.
From a development and asset perspective, Scenic Roleplay is being built with a strong focus on quality. We’re using a mix of custom assets that haven’t been widely seen before, alongside high-quality, proven assets, all aimed at making gameplay smoother and the overall experience more polished and immersive.
We’re also putting real effort into ensuring civilian, fire, communications, and law enforcement roleplay are all properly supported — with structure, tools, and content that make each area feel rewarding and meaningful rather than overlooked.
