RedM Crash at Launch – Vulkan Allocation Error

Hello,

I’m currently experiencing a crash when launching RedM. The game doesn’t even reach the main menu — it crashes immediately after launching.

I’m getting the following error message:

Assertion failure: vkAllocateMemory(device, &MemoryAllocateInfo, nullptr, &ImageMemory) == VK_SUCCESS
File: cfx-fivem-1\code\components.…\GtaNui.cpp
Line: 680

Despite all that, the game continues to crash on startup.

I would appreciate any help or insight into how to resolve this issue.
Thank you!

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Updated my GPU drivers to the latest version.

Forced DirectX 11 instead of Vulkan by creating a settings.xml file with directx11.

Deleted the RedM cache folders completely.

Reinstalled RedM from scratch.

Disabled running as administrator (RedM doesn’t support it).
