Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows Defender Firewall
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? YES

Important parts

What is the issue you’re having? I am not able to see vital icons or when I attempt to open mini map using “M” - I just receive the notification but nothing is appearing on the lower half, not the vital icons or the watch when I finally did purchase it.
HOWEVER I was able to see the car map, block names, and etc.

What are you trying to do? I am trying to see my vital icons and watch it is not appearing and is not a common server issue so I am just suggested to this forum from the city.

What have you tried already to fix the issue? Yes. I played in settings for the longest with Resolution in game and my personal Windows 11 settings, uninstall FIVEM and GTA, re-install, bought Steam version of GTA, cleared cache, disabled fire wall, put FIVEM and GTA on my SSD, and launched GTA shortly.

What did you do to get this issue? I am currently using SSD external drive, and first was using epic games but bought Steam and now using Steam in hopes of it to be easier, but it wasn’t.

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
All other servers I AM able to the HUD and vital icons, but THIS new RP…Angel City RP i am not able to see the vital icons even after deleting all cache, and deleting the avatar.
