Important parts

What is the issue you’re having? The visual pack is still on my game despite all the steps I’ve taken.

What are you trying to do? Delete the visual pack off my game completely.

What have you tried already to fix the issue? Cleared FiveM Cache, Reinstalled FiveM, Verified GTA V Files, Uninstalled GTA V and Reinstalled GTA V.

What did you do to get this issue? Installed QuantV

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful! Chucky’s World, The Boroughs, Upstate, etc.

You have to manually delete the files from QuantV that you installed into the main GTAV folder and then verify your game integrity to fully remove QuantV. This applies to NVE as well, you mention that you reinstalled GTAV and cleared the FiveM cache. But did you delete the QuantV files from your fivem/mods folder?

I have 0 mod files in my FiveM files.

Then you didn’t properly fully remove the ENB modified files in your steamapps/common/gtav main folder because if you don’t delete those before repairing then your GTA won’t repair.
