What did you do to get this issue? Just play the game
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!

Additional comments
When playing on NoPixel after a while in the middle of the city i will get missing textures and and almost 100% cpu usage especially in the middle of the city near apartments and bennys, when i first spawn in its fine, despite that being when the area is the most populated, but especially after a race or something when there is at least 15 people at bennys and probably 30 at the nearby apartments. Restarting my game fixes it temporarily and i can’t tell if its a ram issue or CPU issue. I got a 7700k and 16gb of 2400mhz ram but if it were a ram issue surely my cpu wouldn’t be sitting at over 90% usage right? I dont have a whole lot of money, i am planning on upgrading my cpu to a 5600x and 32gb of ram but thats going to take me a long while before i can do that, so if there is an actual fix for this issue it would be way better.

In principle, you meet the requirements to have a good experience in Fivem, it can not always be the fault of the player, there are also poorly optimized servers, I recommend you check that your graph is well updated, check that your directx works well and if not I recommend that follow this guide for computers with lower resources:
