Vehicles not pulling over to Addon-Police vehicles

I have ran into a issue recently while working on a pack of addon vehicles (police)
When we try to pull over vehicles, they just dont, as if our lights were off…

We are using els and a pack of 5 vehicles but with metas ready for 40.

Anyone run into this?

Is the vehicle class set to VC_EMERGENCY in the vehicles.meta? Because that vehicle class makes it so AI recognizes that it is a emergency vehicle.
