Vehicles.meta not working for replace emergency cars

Hello I’m trying to use a custom vehicle.meta file for vanilla cop cars and I can’t seem to get it to work.

This is the meta file that I’m trying to get to work.

And the manifest is only reading one vehicles.meta.

you need to add your car stream name to vehicles.meta

I’m only trying to replace the original police cars vehicle.meta file.
