Vehicle Stalls and accelerator wont work after..With Video

When you crash into something the vehicle stalls for a second and then turns back on but you cant throttle forward until you have almost come to a complete stop and then you can go again, I have tried disabling any script to do with vehicle failure, and the issue still happens, any help or point in the right direction would be amazing. Video is below

The entire time after the crash I was holding down W on and off, you can not move forward until the car drops speed enough then you can go again

You can only turn on the engine at low speeds using “default” game mechanics.

You likely have a script that disables the engine when crashing but nothing that allows you to turn it on again earlier.

The engine turns back on after the crash, and yea I think its base QB core tbh, I disabled every script and still happens
