Vehicle Reflections Not working in FiveM

Hi,
So I’ve had the problem for a while now (i’ve just “put up with it”), but it is starting to frustate me now.
To begin with, I am playing on the latest Steam version of GTA 5, and I have no idea how to check the version of my FiveM, but I downloaded it 2 to 3ish months ago.
But when I’m playing on Any fiveM server including my own personal Test server (localhost), the reflections on all the cars dont seem to work and If I chrome a car out, it just turns Black/ Really dark blue

THe reflections work Just fine on Singleplayer, and the settings I have for FiveM are almost identical to SP (with a few changes of course becuase FiveM seems to take up more rescources).

I’ve tried to fix the issue without changing any files or installing mods, without much success.
So recently I installed QuantV and ENB with Vanilla settings for both mods/plugins, and neither of them seem to have worked (both are active in the photos).
If anyone has or knows of a fix, please let me know. Or if there is something I might be overseeing
