Urp-shoespack: Deferring Connection error

**System specifications: Intel i7-6700K - 32GB Ram - 64bit OS **
What did you do to get this issue? An explosion occurred by another player shooting a explosive pipe, a wave shield ban occurred. After the Admin removed the waveshield ban I tried logging back into the server and received the shoespack error posted above

They unbanned me from the waveshield but now I see this error on connection attempt.

Same happened to me on multiple servers, as soon i explode I cannot get back on server unless it restarts the (server)…
