Hello,
We are experiencing an issue with our FiveM server.
Our server is currently online and visible on the server list, and players can connect without any problems. However, the upvote system shows the server as offline and we receive the following error:
“Couldn’t find upvoted server data”
We recently updated our server artifacts and regenerated the server key. After that, this issue started.
We also checked:
- Server is online and accessible
- License key is active in Keymaster
- Server appears in the public server list
Despite this, the upvote system still does not recognize our server.
Could this be related to a server ID mismatch or heartbeat issue?
Has anyone experienced this before or knows a solution?
