Updating game cache

I have installed RedM in the RDR2.exe folder, it verifies game content and goes to update game cache and just thinks and never start updating.

This is what is says

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again?
Yes

What did you do to get this issue?
All I did was install RedM

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes and firewall

Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?
Yes
