<<unknown pool>> Pool Full, Size == 400 Problem

Hi, I have been getting this issue since about 5 days now. I can go into Fivem no problem but when going in server it kicks me and closes fivem saying
<> Pool Full, Size == 400 Please Help

When logging into game it says <> Pool Full, Size == 400
What are you trying to do?
Trying to fix it and be able to get in game without it crashing

yes I have tried to clear my cache, deleting fivem

Update I have tried to change the Handling number in the gameconfig.xml but it does not save it. So when I go in fivem it returns the number to the original
