I don’t have an issue with the FiveM game, rather this forum and I’m not sure where else I should post. I’m logged in on my phone hence able to post this but on my freshly installed windows machine I keep getting 403 forbidden or unknown error when I try to password reset or login. On my phone I sent a password reset email and I did a password reset then tried to login with it. Still getting unknown error. On my laptop which I’m has not been windows reinstalled I’m getting the same error.
I have been able to link my FiveM game client using this username and password but through the web interface I just get “unknown error”.
I saw a response to my message yesterday but it’s been deleted for som reason. There was I link there I was going to follow now I’m back at my PC. Why was the reply removed?
Yep, have no idea how I’m supposed to logon to a website that throws the js exceptions shown above and gives 403 forbidden when you request a password reset. It’s weird.
I was also unable to log in using my PC but I could on my phone for some reason. That is until just now when I disabled my Bitdefender’s protection shield! I don’t know what it is about Bitdefender but it seems to think some part of the logging in process is malicious when it isn’t really. There is one other website that is affected similarly as well but other than that, there could be way more websites that are affected by the protection shield. I hope this helps you all and anyone else with Bitdefender as their anti-virus software or similar.
