I’ve been trying to upgrade to Platinum for a while.
Cfx.re support is unresponsive.
There’s a server error that doesn’t explain me what’s wrong.
I also noticed there’s no page to manage my payment methods; it could be that it’s failing due to payment method but I have no way of knowing. If there was a payment methods management page I would try to enter my new card.
