Unable to transfer assets in Keymaster

I have been trying for over a week to transfer an asset that I purchased to the owner of the server. I have transferred assets before, and am familiar with the process. I know that once I transfer the asset, I should receive an email to confirm the transfer, and then the recipient will receive an email to accept the transfer.

In this case, I transfer the asset in Keymaster, It says at the top in green that the transfer was started and I will get an email to confirm, but I not ever get the email to confirm. I have tried several times, each time, waiting hours, or even days between starting the transfer and looking for the email. No email is coming in .I have checked my inbox, and my junk mail folder, and it is not there.

Help me fix this issue ASAP, so that I can get the asset I purchased transferred to the server owner so that we can use it.

This is really a strange issue. I recommend checking if you’re looking at the same email associated with your Keymaster account, as there might be some mix-up in the process. Sometimes it’s easy to use a different email address without realizing it, so make sure the confirmation email is being sent to the correct address.
