Unable to start singleplayer

Unable to start FiveM singleplayer.
Error: Getting the loading screen of the girl with the phone.

Reinstalled FiveM multiple times in different folders - no difference. Also regenerated my profile ID multiple times by deleting the following:
Folder: %localappdata%\DigitalEntitlements
Folder: %appdata%\CitizenFX

Note: MP version works fine!

GTA V version?: 1.0.1493.0
Up to date?: Yes - installed on 7th of August - no mods or anything done to it.
Legit or Pirate copy?: Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club?: Steam
Windows version?: Windows 10 - Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.165)
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again?: Yes
Error screenshot (if any): N/A
System specifications: Intel CPU, Nvidia GPU.
What did you do to get this issue?: Install FiveM, launch MP, exit, copy save-files to profile dir in Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles. Launch SP, constant loading screen with the girl and phone in hand.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?: Tried to disable.

im pretty sure you are supposed to put the saved game in the FiveM SP folder? if you use the search function on the forums you should find your answer.

I have solved this issue, LSP interference with a VPN. Should probably be investigated?

What particular VPN software were you using that works by means of a Winsock LSP?
