Unable to launch RedM

What is the issue you’re having?

Hey everyone, can anyone help me out? I can’t open my RedM —every time I try to launch it, it crashes. It says something about RDR2_b1491.exe+2C836F causing RedM to stop working, and then there’s a legacy crash too with the reason three-sixteen-fanta.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I’ve already tried deleting RedM’s data and even reinstalled Red Dead Redemption, but it’s still doing the same thing.
