Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Kapersky, All disabled and closed
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes, all settings. Stopped all protection through windows also

Also add what you already tried so far.

Deleting the folders, re-installing. Disabling all protection. restarting, running as administrator. Tried to use my phone hotspot to see if network issue. support through discord did not help. Tried google also did not help. read through topics and no support there
