Hello…

You say the server is offline, The server console must be open and online for anyone to connect to it.

The Server is running, my machine is just not connected to the internet, it is just for testing, but I can’t connect to it.
I see no reason why I’d need an internet connection for that.

You need to be connected to the internet.

Hi for you to connect to a offline server you would need to delete svadhesive.dll of your server folder and in components.json you will need to remove the line < “svadhesive.dll”, > Thank you and have a good night.

May I ask why?

I have already done that, my server is running, but the client tries to connect to some website.

you mean txadmin website? if thats the case you need to use a cmd to start the server and
stop webadmin
stop monitor

No. The FiveM client. Just look at my screenshot.

Are you blocking any connecting or you have the right ports open? lambda.fivem.net normally are from the fivem anti cheat

I am offline.

You can’t play FiveM offline due to legal requirements for periodic ownership checks to R* services.
