UDP packet error

I have a problem with my UDP port 30120
when I try to connect I get allowing UDP packet error but I opened the UDP and TCP 30120 port To and From in the server firewall but it just TCP work, doesn’t work the udp
Everyone can connect except me who is the owner

Then it’s more likely something on your computer or local network is blocking UDP.
