I have two servers under this account, even though there are two different Keys will the Element Club subscription work for both server. Will I be able to use custom EUPS on both servers?

Bonuses are applied to all keys issued under an account that has an active subscription, so yes - there’s no such thing as a “EUP key”; it’s based on accounts, not individual keys.
