System specifications: Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 2060, 16GB DDR4, 512GB M.2 SSD, 2TB HDD

Windows Defender, no 3rd party antivirus/firewall installed.
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
