What did you do to get this issue? every time
What server did you get this issue on? every one

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? windows defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

tried reinstalling, tried adding exclusion to windows anti-virus.
90% of images will not load on twitter/instagram on my characters phone in any server. the windows default “failed to load image” symbol is what i get.
