Trying to login to new account on fivem

Also add what you already tried so far.
I have my mates account on my pc for gta5 fivem. he uses Rockstar to play it. I have my own copy of the game in my steam account, and im trying to play fivem on my new account but its sharing his account still. I have signed into my own Rockstar but still not working

Delete %localappdata%\DigitalEntitlements and start FiveM again with Steam open.

so confused only just got fivem do i have to have gtav open for 5m to work or no and how do get a 5m account

3 year old topic, simply open FiveM, if you got GTA5 installed thats all you need and possibly steam needs to be open first as most servers require it.
