Trying to install FiveM but keep getting this error when I try to open the file

Hey There, I by accident uninstalled fivem, because i was not able to open the application at all. now when i try to reinstall it, I have to click about ten times on fivem.exe and it gives me this error. Is this the same problem? And when is the eta on the fix? Thanks
