Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Malwarebytes
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
yes
Also add what you already tried so far
disabled 2 point verification
verified GTA5 files
tried running it while steam was running in background
reinstalled gta5 completely
reinstalled fivem completely

PS other mods such as LSPDFR work fine, game runs fine in general, just can’t login via the FiveM exe (either of them)

I will try fully reinstalling game next, could take some time, will post on what happens

after a fresh install still having the same error
