Sorry in advance because I am sure this is not where I need to go, but I have searched all over and cannot find a place for this. — How do we report servers for breaching the TOS or in general using FiveM to make profit? Such as a server literally selling in game things, V Menu access, admins status, and so on? If DMs are a thing, feel free to DM me and delete this - so sorry but the internet is not being very helpful

The TOS simply states that no one can make a profit. This means it’s okay to provide in-game benefits for donations as long as you’re not making a profit towards it.
Proving someone is making a profit is quite difficult as you’d literally have to have proof of them saying:
“I’m using this money I get from in game purchases to buy something unrelated to my community“
Please refer to the post provided for more information from an Element.
I understand that, but I do have proof they are running the server with the intent of profit. I sent an email to support, including all of the proof. Obviously posting publicly here would open me up to a lot of cyber danger, but yeah, they are absolutely making a profit, considering they stated monthly expenses are 3-400 a month, and they have 9 people currently that are paying a monthly 100 dollars through patreon, and around 80 people at the 5 dollar mark or higher. This is on top of publicly (although the statement was redacted) stating they were not reviewing whitelist applications unless you are a partnered streamer, or are donating at least 5$ a month through patreon. Within that statement they stated “we have no interest in people that aren’t willing to pay for our service”
This would technically be allowed though (again, as long as no profit is being made and all monies collected go towards server costs). But now that you’ve sent the email all ya can do is wait
