The Torana is an Aussie automotive icon, not just on the streets, but also on the track. During the 70βs in its heyday, it dominated both the track and the showrooms. It always won on Sunday, so it was guaranteed to sell on Monday. These days, they are a much sought after collectors item. A good example will start at $50,000. The super rare versions can reach 6 figures. In November 2020, a restored original HDT Torana (race car) sold at auction for $910,000. Not bad for a car thats over 40 years old.
This model is of the SS βA9Xβ variant, which was about as close as it got the race version. The A9X had all the requirements to make them legal and safe, but underneath it was pure race car, with competition suspension and a modified 5.0 litre V8.

Cheers mate. Yeah this was actually my first attempt at a conversion, so I had no idea what I was in for hahah. Learnt a bit doing it though so it was well worth it. But damn, itβs literally almost making one from scratch. All you have is the polys. The rest is up to you
Its a bummer that you cant use it, cause the Torry is a must have for any aussie server. I spent ages trying to de-poly this thing too, but it just kept ruining the surfaces and throwing out all the vertex normals. I straight up deleted anything that wasnt needed, but still ended up with a high poly count, dang it. It saving grace is that I kept the texture count low and really simple.
@Vyve@KoalaTeaGaming I just rechecked the model. The polycount is actually about 187000 (187108 exactly), not 817000. I think I must of had a dyslexic moment
