Too easy to get server details (IP, Owner etc)

If you have some server’s CFX link, you can easily get their endpoint IP which is fairly easy to be a DDOS Victim

If you scroll down to very bottom, you will see the endpoints showing IP and port.

Recently, I’ve been getting DDOSed on my FiveM port and I cannot do anything about it.

I’ve also found some people using some sort of domain names under their endpoints,

But I don’t know how to do it. This is not a “asking for help” thread. This is purely reporting the issue about exposing private details.

Your ip address is not a private thing. Every single website you ever visit is collecting data of you… Your ip address being the main one. Any network you connect to, is logging your ip address…

Can you please let everyone know how to add domain at that place so we can just fix direct exposing the IP?

People have made discord bots exploiting this issue

Even with a domain you can still get your ip with a click of a button.

Your ip is public. if someone can connect or you can connect you can or they can get the ip.

Now you can use things such as cloudflare to mask say your domains(websites) ip since it will act as a middle man(proxy) and filter traffic.

But as for fivem i do not think its possible to use a proxy on the server ip.
