This error message is indicating you have a broken configuration file - please check or try with a fresh configuration.
Not currently - it will use the default microphone, I have added this to the roadmap for a future update 
This error from the game only informs us that the client is unable to connect to the server. Could you PM me a screenshot of the status message along with any errors that may be in the server console after the radio resource is started?
So I keep getting a fatal error

You can buy multiple tripple A games for that Price - No offence 124 is just crazy
I get coding takes time, but 124 dollars thats way overboard - comparing this Price to smth like londonstudios fire, drone script etc. which provided new gameplay this lacks the excuse to cost this much
Tommy’s radio It provides radio functionality and some sound features + emergency dispatch overview
It looks and sounds great but not enough in it to say 124 dollars

Dose the life time even get access to full code base ? Or is it still encrypted like any other thing, other scripts that cost this much allow you to receive the code base
