Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Delete caches.xml reboot pc still not work - reinstal fivem still not work :frowning:

Never mind ive found the problem that stopped fivem from starting up it was my Anti-ransomware Engine so i disabled it. :grinning: Now FiveM runs again.
