I have taken all the normal troubleshooting steps. The game on the exact same servers worked a couple nights ago. Nothing has changed on my end. I get 69Mbps Down and 6Mbps Upload. My internet has not changed since yesterday. I did notice there was a FiveM update before playing today. My game doesn’t crash it will simply kick me back to the FiveM start.
Update I do not have any extra GTA5 Mods installed. Other than FiveM my GTA5 is vanilla. I have not tried a VPN client to connect.
Could we also see a screenshot of your root GTA V folder? If you have any mods installed (including visual mods), please uninstall them as this may cause issues.
Have you tried to use a VPN and see if it’s an ISP issue? If it worked before and you haven’t changed anything, this is odd behavior
I just realised that the Arabic screenshots aren’t yours…
Even though you get a certain speed, doesn’t mean that you have a stable internet connection. Make sure you don’t have a high ping. Perhaps deleting cache.xml does something (I doubt it). Perhaps also try the VPN option, although that again would be weird as you have played before.
A 10 seconds timeout usually indicates an issue with the client, so it’s not a server issue.
I have never had any ping issues with any games. I’m getting this with any server I play even though my main server I get 150 ping. I have tried deleting the cache.xml and server cache. I feel as if I tried a VPN my ping would only be worse. I’m thinking something in the latest fiveM update has broke playability for me. They are working on a new connectivity system I thought and im wondering if the ping kick got changed.
