Decided to see what settings are in FiveM, came across this enabled feature, decided to turn it off. I ended up with +20 FPS

i mean it does have frame limiter in the name and it does say fixes hitches at high frames by disabling some frames sooooooo

It’s for cases where you already have ‘high frame rates’ and the game is stuttering as a result. It is also optional since low-end systems probably will rather be harmed by it.
