Third eye not allowing me to move cursor

when i press L ALT to pull up the third eye it works fine and when i right click to pull up the menu my cursor feels glued to the center of the eye, makes clicking tasks difficult plz help

Moved to modding discussion, but honestly, you should consider looking for help from the creator of the specific targeting resource you’re using. There are several “third eye” solutions out there.

Try this (if you have a different type):
In-game (Settings) → Keyboard/Mouse → Mouse input method = Raw Input
