Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? I don’t know what is the chaches.xml. But I deleted and installed the FiveM and GTA5 several times.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
I don’t know…
Also add what you already tried so far.
I have deleted the FiveM and GTA5 several times so far, and I have opened the port several times because it seems to be a port problem. However, the same error continues.
