After trying to start up FiveM and giving me the cache upload, it crashed, I compared myself with other friends of mine and they advised me to try reinstalling the game, after that the download of FiveM resources started but reached 1031.27/1385.32 MB is still 74% still having a powerful connection even if it results that 5.8 MB/s download.

if u have 1000000mbit and server has 10mbit your download speed from server is 10mbit / downloading clients. i have 3 friends completed the download 5mins ago. taking over 30mins.
