The Submit button for ESX Identity will not work

I am trying to get Kashacters installed on my server. Everything seemed to be going well, until I tried making a character. I was able to select an empty slot and input my information into ESX Identity but the Submit button will not work. It says that if the submit button will not work I need to check if I entered all the fields correctly, but I did and it still does not work. Please help!

Did any error appear on the client console? (F8)
