What is the issue you’re having?

Hello,

I am experiencing a persistent issue when trying to launch FiveM. Every time I click on the application, I receive an error window that states: “The Rockstar Games Launcher is already running.”

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps but none of them resolved the problem:

  1. Checked Task Manager and forced close any Rockstar-related processes (Launcher, Social Club, Rockstar Service).
  2. Added both FiveM and Rockstar Games Launcher to the Windows Defender Firewall allowed apps list.
  3. Used the command prompt (taskkill) to forcefully close the tasks, but it says the process is not found.
  4. Restarted my PC multiple times.

Please help me resolve this issue as I am unable to open FiveM at all.
