The Hen House is a Bar located in the northern Town of Paleto Bay. The Shell was taken from the most famous Club in Los Santos, called Tequi-La-La, and then adapted to the Paleto Bay Location. The Stage does not contain any Instruments such as Microphones or Drums, as there are now Scripts that can be used to place various Props.

The description says that I used the shell from Tequi-La-La. However, this was not adopted 100% one-to-one, but adapted so that it also fits into the exterior and additional rooms were added.
But the way I see it in your profile history, you’re a little troll who just trolls around but hasn’t done anything himself.
It may not be 1-1 it doesnt mean you need to charge 40$ for something even i could make in like 30 min. Yeah mine may not be the best. BUT IT ISNT 40$
