The car replacements doesn't loading

I don’t know if this is the right Category but here is my Problem:

I have a FiveM server and want to replace some cars, but when I replaced the cars and I want to spawn them, they just don’t spawn or the car has the old Texture.

The resource.lua is empty

I hope somebody can help me.

Nevermind i see you got a stream folder make sure your resource file points to the stream folder.

easiest thing to do is to check out another vehicle pack and see how its done.
