Yeah, it should support other languages.
Will support all UTF-8 characters, arabic is supported with utf-8 (not tested).

You just need to drop the resource into your resources folder and set up de configuration file.
The download link contains all the updates.

Yeah, it is not a client-side script so it shouldn’t have any issue with onesync.
