Textures glitch after moving to windows server

Hello recently (around 7 days ago) we moved from linux server to windows and used the latest windows artifact.

Now we are experiencing issues with all textures (Maps, Cars) but only sometimes.
Textures start glitching somehow and after player relog everything is back OK.

I created poll on discord:

ALL TEXTURES ARE OPTIMIZED AND BELOW 16MB

We used this map and car pack over 1 year on linux without any problem, so i think there is problem in artifact update or FiveM client update.

32gb ram
Onesync infinity
Artifact: 3218

Is there anyone else with that issue?

Well i found “issue”,

it happens only when you reconnect without closing whole game.

If you close game and start game again it wont happen.

Hey! I get the same issue, but accross my whole server, and not just occasionally, theyre always buggy and ive tried clearing the cache, updating the server build and nothing seems to work, also this is just regular textures bugging aswell as addons like mlo’s
