Was is going on with this tebex guys ? I paid for something, never received it, and they don’t do any refund nor contact the seller. An I’m not the only one. Please don’t buy anything at this store.

It honestly is a bad joke. It takes a second to setup a store and even if you get removed for a perfectly valid reason, you can just go create a new store.
I reported some edgelords and they had their store taken down by Tebex, but they’re already up under a new name. They no longer have the known problematic resources listed (from ~10 resources to 3) but you can just go to their discord link and download leaks or offer to pay for resources outside of Tebex, as well as a server-pack (just an edited qbus) and anticheat (lol). It seems they also do not provide the files when you buy from them and instead force you to join their server and create a ticket.
Email abuse@fivem.net and provide relevent information whenever you come across suspicious stores or are not receiving your purchases (guess I’ll be doing a 3rd one for these guys 
).

Curious how Discord is not ‘a bad joke’ then for not removing these people.

I’m just concerned about how easy it is for people to be misled when going through the legitimate vendor; that is something that Tebex should be handling as the responsible party. As you say though, Discord is indeed the worst for proliferating stolen content and they have no intention to assist in that matter; unless they get hit with DMCA notices then they won’t do anything.
We’ll just have to chug along and try to help where possible (inform people about reporting abuse and cutting off official avenues of support when people do not abide by TOS).
Fair comment about not turning this into a general complaint topic, needed to vent but the second part of my message was not fully on-topic.

If you don’t have anything to contribute apart from snarkiness why bother? I hear that comment so often and it’s especially ridiculous here.
