every time i try to buy something on tebex using paypal or creditcard it says declined and my paypal and credit card balance is way more than the amount will be charged
last payment says declined but still takes the money from my credit card and no refund (any way to ask for a refund from tebex)
You wouldnt ask tebex for the refund youd need to contact the person you bought it from.
Yes tebex gets a % of the money, but the seller should see they got your momey.

Is your bank declining because cross country payments?
Have you contacted your bank and ask why your payment wont go through.
