I’m new in tebex so I’m not aware of all functionalities. I have a subscription package in my store. The problem is when I upload a new asset in that subscription package, existing customs are not getting access to those new assets. I sent an email to tebex support and they told me to enable “Reissue FiveM assets to customers that currently have access to the FiveM assets of this package” . But this option is missing on the package edit page. I report it back but they are not responding, it’s been 4 days now, and that’s why I’m posting here. If someone knows the solution, please let me know.
This only shows when you change the package selection under the FiveM Assets. IE adding a package to the list of included packages. Usually if I forget to click that, I remove a package then readd it and make sure it is checked when I add it back
