Hi all,
I wanted to post and see if anyone else had this issue. I’ve purchased a resource from a creator and received the tebex email to download the files, but I when I click on the download button, it says that it can’t reach the page to initiate the download and then says I’ve already downloaded the resource.
I’ve used Opera GX, Edge, and Chrome with the same issue for each browser. Any ideas on what I can do?
