Taxijob where you can Call NPC Taxi, if no one is on Duty

As it Says in the Title, im looking for a script, where a Taxi npc can be called when noone is actively on Taxi Duty.
That means, if a person that works there goes into Duty, the Dispatches go right to that Person, and it no longer calls a NPC taxi. Is someting like that Possible? Or rather, Does this exist already?

Will need some modification to check if anyone is on duty or not, but I have used this NPC taxi script for a while GitHub - FiveM-Scripts/fs_taxi
