remove your mods and verify your game files, odds are its one of the mods causing this.

I removed my mods and also verified integrity of the game files and it still does it.

Do you have a weapons.meta file in your citizen/ directory?

The only weapons.meta file I can find is in FiveM Application Data/Citizen/common/data/ai
